Blenz Coffee

Every time I come here for coffee there's the same group of people smoking cigarettes on the outside patio. The staff is letting them smoke.

Great service and friendly atmosphere!

I normally don't write reviews...but this is only getting a 1 star due a barista's lack of competency. This is an awareness review. Jan 13 7pm. Asked for a strawberry banana shake, he gave me a peanut shake. ( I'm highly allergic to peanuts). Order was not repeated and handed the shake. (yes, i'm aware i could simply double check if my order was entered correctly). I took a sip and it reeked peanuts. Luckily I have an epi-pen on hand. Anyway, if the owner/manager/sales consultant is reading this, I hope you ingrain this message to your fellow employee that -; You are not simply making food and drinks, the lives/safety of your customers are a priority as well.

The dark belgian hot chocolate made with oat milk is to die for. This location is great for people watching and getting some winter afternoon sun and warmth via the huge windows.

Tumeric Chai with Almond Milk. A new Fave!

Worst ever. It says open 24/7 but clearly it isnt. There are workers inside but seems like they dont even want to help. If its closed then obviously thered be no one inside. Disappointed. Never again, stick with Timmy's or Starbucks guys!

Standard 24/7 coffee place. Hot chocolate was ok. However TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...specially if you have DISABILITY CONDITIONS. UNACCEPTABLE!

Super chill place to study. Chill crew hands out there. Samosas are surprisingly good

Lovely location! Tons of outlets on the walls everywhere so you're in good hands if you want to get some work done! 24/7 hours means I can get coffee at 2am if I wanted to!

Worst tasting coffee in town. They’re not even clean. Never even try again. It’s a little pricey also. It didn’t taste fresh at all. Crossants seems for a year ago

Came in for a matcha chillo and iced mocha. The drinks costed $11 and were terribly made. The whipped cream topping was liquid and chocolate for the mocha was not even stirred. Ended up just getting a refund and not even touching the drinks. I wouldn't risk coming here again.

Strong wifi, good seating. Good spot for studying.

Awesome beverages, specially the iced green tea.

Cute coffee shop, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, great for studying, people watching :) very yummy desserts, they've got delicious cranberry apricot bars! Really good coffee too, and great service. Will be back!

Eight month ago I wrote a review with concerns about the way the staff was handling the coffee orders here with poor handling of the papers cups. I am very impressed it took a while but the situation has been corrected and the staff seems to have been retrained. I gave back the star I took away and gave another star because they took some real action on the matter I raised.

I visited Blendz for a Latte,the rose tea sounded okay,taste of rose, there was not,just milk that was hot,and six dollars I did have to pay.

Great Tea and Pastries. I stopped here probably close to four times in my three day visit and was never crowded or incredibly busy. Plus it's 24/7!!

Always a great place for late night coffee and talks

I loved coming here until one of the employees started to smoke constantly by the door and kept leaving for smoke breaks. jun4 2019 at 10 30 pm. literally sitting here watching this happen. woot woot. Love breathing in cirgarettes that the employees smoke...

Lovely, friendly service and fantastic coffee. Really enjoyed the breakfast croissant.

It says it's open 24x7, but we were there at 12:30. And the door was closed, and we called the store, someone picked and said they stopped being open 24x7 like 2 months. How come it's possible that you are closed and someone still picks up the call.

If you're seriously into good coffee, Blenz won't impress you. But for what it is it's fine. Open 24 hours which is nice.

The cashier didn't even look at my today as I placed my order but was on his phone with one hand and trying to type the order in with the other! DISGUSTING "PARFAIT". Gross. Repulsive. Low grade!!! TERRIBLE jam-YES jam, at the bottom. The cheap kind! Eatery plain yoghurt. And soggy cereal in top!cereal!soggy!biggest waste of money! I'm actually a little sick from it. This place is also notorious for hiring people who do not speak English, and put them in customer service-I found myself today teaching the staff how to do their job!

Always great. If I'm there after the pub, early in the morning, or just after yoga they are open. Great selection of teas and coffees. My personal fave is London Fog. Brilliant any time of the day. Check em out and try one of the sausage rolls. As close to as the best I've had.

Staff are friendly but seem confused by a lot of orders. I don't order complicated things either, but twice I've gotten a completely different tea flavor than I ordered.

Nice staff! They allowed my staff to use the washroom during car free days, and never once complained. I had a cinnamon bun warmed up and it was delicious!

Open 24hrs for your caffeine blitz. Staff are friendly. The prices are average along with the food. Good iced americano in the summer.

The star gors to the staff tho they deserve 5. There is a rather weird group of customers who are always together in numbers and who have a very negative nature. I believe they along with possibly the owners represent a particular special interest group which are by no means west end friendly. I challenge people to open their eyes and question things like why are there two young Japanese women sitting there all night, every night using wifi to explore the phones, tablets and computers of unsuspecting Blenz customers. Happened to me! And why do patrons seem to actually or mine locking the rear door when they are about to accelerate their verbal assault on customers who are not members if their group? Why do staff do everything for that group beyond normal services? Maybe you have some ideas because it baffles me.Service is excellent but the ambiance lacks due to the above.

I love this location. My soon to be husband and I had our first date here. We’ve gone back quite a bit. The area is amazing and surrounded by some pretty cool shops. If you are in the area, stop in. You won’t be disappointed

Love this coffee shop. Great corner location. Staff always friendly. Plenty of outside seating where you can enjoy a coffee and munchies, then relax and watch the world go by. Just stay out of my favourite chair, grin.

i studied there until 2am everyday last year when it was 24/7. Appreciated the service and quality of drink. Vancouver need a 24/7 place especially DT, i love this place but now it no longer open 24/7

Nice patio to sit on a sunny day and watch people but unfortunately in the evenings there are always smokers sitting in the outside patio and the staff don't really want to do anything about it 🙁
